Shipping & Returns

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

  • All domestic and international orders are shipped by US Postal Service or UPS.

  • Shipping charges are calculated in the shopping cart based on total weight and destination. 

  • Your order will be shipped within two business days or less from the time that we receive it.  Actual delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping service you select at checkout.

  • Express Mail and Next Day Air will be shipped the next business day after the order is placed.

  • There is no tracking available for international shipments. Any custom fees are your responsibility.  We will obtain proof of mailing when the items are placed with the postal service. After that, Jubilee Creative Studio is not responsible for international orders.

  • Parcels to Europe and other international destinations take anywhere from 5 days to 30 days for delivery if you choose USPS shipping. Please be patient.

 

RETURNS

 

  • Transfer returns are allowed for any reason within 10 business days after receipt of goods.  Store credit will be issued for all returns.  Shipping is not refundable.
  • You must contact us within 10 business days from the time you received your order to arrange for a return.  The items must be received by us no later than 10 business days after the contact.  Please use Delivery Confirmation when you ship a return so that you can see by tracking when it is received.
  • Items must be received by us in the original condition in which they were shipped.
  • Customer pays all shipping charges incurred. This includes both the initial shipping charges and the return shipping charges.
  • We will replace any defective transfers as long as the transfer has not been applied to any garment and still has the original backing in place.
  • A transfer that is not sticking to the garment is not defective.  The transfers will always stick when properly applied.  See more info here.
  • No cash refunds will be made except for the case of defective merchandise.  Adjustments will be made in the form of merchandise credit.
  • Please contact us for instructions before returning a product.
  • We are usually able to work out an agreeable solution should there be a problem with any purchase.
  • No returns or refunds on the loose hot fix rhinestones or rhinestuds.
