How do iron-on transfers work?
We love iron-on bling because it’s so easy to do! The transfer consists of a clear plastic sheet that is sticky on one side to hold the stones in place, and a white paper backing. All you have to do is peel off the backing, stick the plastic sheet to your garment, and iron! The heat from the iron activates the glue on the back side of the stones, so once it cools to room temperature, you can peel off the sticky plastic sheet and the glue will hold the stones to your garment. Will your transfers work on my fabric?
These transfers will work on almost all fabrics as long as the fabric can withstand the heat of the application process. We always recommend testing a small hidden area of your garment with heat to be sure that the iron won't cause any damage. Some fabrics that are very slick and shiny may not absorb the glue well. Testing is again recommended for these fabrics.
Help! I’m following the instructions, but the stones are not sticking to the garment!
Take a deep breath, try not panic, and adjust your iron to a hotter setting. This almost always solves the problem. Also make sure that your iron does not have an auto-off feature that is kicking in. And remember to reposition your iron a couple times during the process because the stones under the vent holes will not receive pressure.
As you remove the top layer of plastic watch carefully for any stones that have not adhered. If there are some, just reset the sticky plastic back in place on the garment, and iron over it again with firm pressure. Slowly count to seven, then reposition the iron and slowly count to seven again. Make sure the transfer is completely cool before you remove the sticky plastic.
If there is still a stubborn stone that will not adhere despite concentrated efforts, just replace it with one of the stones provided in your complimentary page of replacements included in each order.

No, we don't offer the finished t-shirts at this time.
Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes, we will accept orders over the phone, however we cannot accept credit card payments by phone. You may place your order with us and then mail us a check. You may call this number to place an order if you need to speak to a customer service rep: 1-479-549-5828. Our business hours are Monday - Friday 8-3 CST.
What are your shipping options? Can you ship my order via FedEx or UPS?
We recommend USPS (postal service) shipping because the rates are much less. However, we also offer UPS shipping if you need that. Both options are available to select when you check out. We currently do not offer FedEx shipping. Local Pickup is available for residents in or near Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
We offer three shipping options through the postal service: First Class, Priority, and Express. First Class arrives to most locations in about 3-5 days. Priority arrives to most locations in 2-3 days, but is not guaranteed. Express is guaranteed to arrive the next day for most locations, and in 2 days for other locations. We send all packages with a delivery confirmation tracking number. For Express orders, we can often get them to the post office the same day if they are placed before noon but that is not guaranteed. We occasionally offer free shipping to US addresses in our promotions and special offers. The requirements for this free shipping can change frequently.

Can you make a custom design for my business or team?
Yes! We have a nice assortment of predesigned layouts which you can purchase with your own team name or message inserted. Our Customizable Designs page will show you all the available options. There is a 25 piece minimum on these designs. We also have a limited number of No-Minimum Designs as well for those who just want a single word or name.

Yes, we offer wholesale discounts in a couple of different ways. The discount is available to anyone who purchases $100 or more. The shopping cart will automatically apply a discount when the subtotal reaches $100 or more. We also offer bulk pricing on many products. The bulk pricing for any product can be viewed from a link on the product page that says "Buy in bulk and save". This is located near the product price.
